My roots are in food service, I have worked with Marriott Propriety Concepts, Taco Bell, Subway, Arby’s, A&W, Godfather’s Pizza, Dominoes Pizza, Winchell’s Donuts, Starbucks, and Seattle’s Best Coffee. Working with these QSR leaders has given me the opportunity to develop a hybrid of best practices and analytical tools to effectively manage convenience store food services.

I am fortunate to have worked for Hank Armour (former NACS Chairman and current CEO of NACS) as West Star’s Vice President of Operations for 8 years. In addition, I worked for Richard Oneslager (2008 Chairman of NACS) as Balmar’s V.P. of Category Manager for 2 years. Both of these experiences exposed me to best practices in convenience store operations, merchandising, category management and cutting edge convenience store technology.
